Very very worst management and service. Do not waste your money and ruin your day. I request google to add negative star rating feature for reviewing places like this. Hotel Feedback: - Even if you book rooms in advance (weeks ahead) and remind them about your arrival the day before, there is no guarantee they will provide your room on time. - They sell the rooms between your booking and arrival, leaving you waiting. - The rooms were not cleaned, and the mess (food spills, coffee cups, etc.) left by previous guests was not cleared even after we complained thrice. - Access cards and door locks do not work properly for many rooms, causing significant inconvenience. - For such a large hotel, there are only two small elevators(lifts), one of which has been out of service for months. - A female manager at the reception was rude to guests, even though the mistakes were on their end. - There were not enough staff members to help with luggage. - Landline was not working in the room to use room service. Also, there is no menu card or some helpline numbers to complain anything. We will have to walk to the reception for every small thing like water bottle, food, cleaning etc., - No regulators for fans, no mirror in room, AC remotes do not work. Function Hall: - We booked the function hall, and I seriously request people "DON'T NOT SPOIL YOUR SPECIAL DAYS AND MOMENTS BY CELEBRATING HERE". - They have no sense of punctuality. Tea, coffee, water bottles, welcome drinks, and snacks were not served properly to all guests, yet they charged high prices without remorse. - The AC in the function hall do not work properly, and not all blowers were turned on even after 10+ complaints. Guests, especially children, felt suffocated, thirsty, and uncomfortable without proper AC and drinks. Guests started complaining and negative comments on the event and us(hosts). - There was no AC or fan on the stage/dais. The bride and groom were drenched in sweat and exhausted, ruining their mood and makeup, which also effected the photos & videos. - While I must admit that the food was good and tasty, there were delays in refilling the dishes, leaving some guests unable to try all the items. - Cleanliness at the dining area was poor. Some food spilled on the floor, and despite multiple complaints, it took them over 45 minutes to clean it up. - During the bill settlement, the management showed complete disorganization. They had no clarity on how many rooms we used, which promised amenities were missing, and they displayed no regret. All they cared about was securing full payment, plus extra charges wherever possible.
